What Pasaporte includes
The card that answers
The card stores no data: it carries a secret link that any phone can open, with no app. The standard card has an NFC chip and a QR code; the secure card, NFC only. Green: may enter or drive. Yellow: authorised with conditions. Red: may not enter or drive. Without signal it says “offline”; it never shows an old colour.

Documents and expiry dates
Every document has a level: critical, restrictive or informative. The Chilean template comes preloaded: driving licence with its class, psychotechnical test, roadworthiness test, compulsory insurance and circulation permit, among others. Email reminders go out at 30, 15 and 5 days, and on the expiry date.

Gate controllers and zones
The guard signs in with a code and PIN and picks a zone: the truck yard, the warehouse or the worksite. A person can be cleared for one zone and not another. Once identified, the guard sees the photo and a masked ID number; the reason is always stated in general terms. Every check goes into a log that cannot be deleted.

Credentials under control
Issue, revoke or replace a person’s or vehicle’s card in one click; the old one stops working at once. The secure card signs every read and each read is valid only once, so a copy is useless. Unusual signals reach the office as abnormal events.

Paperless inspections
When an inspector arrives, create a temporary read-only link with the people, vehicles and documents you choose. It expires on its own, within 72 hours at most, and logs every access and download.

Driver inspection checklist
Before setting off, the driver records the odometer, checks item by item and, if there is a fault, describes it and takes a photo. They sign with a finger. If the fault is critical, the equipment is blocked until the office releases it. With no signal, it is saved on the phone and sent later, without duplicates.

Security and support
The bare minimum on view
An anonymous check shows only the colour, the first name with the surname initial and the company. The exact reasons are visible only in the office.
Nothing is deleted
Every check is stored and the audit trail records who changed what, chained with a digital fingerprint.
Each company sees its own
Data separated by company, backups per company and passwordless passkeys. Signatures are simple electronic signatures.

Pasaporte FAQ
Does the guard need to install an app?
No. The card opens a web page in the browser of any phone with NFC or a camera.
What happens if there is no signal at the gate?
Pasaporte shows “offline” and gives no verdict. It never shows a colour saved earlier, because an old status may be wrong.
What does someone who finds a lost card see?
Only the colour, the first name with the surname initial and the company. The office can revoke the card at once.
How much does it cost?
